Adding a new task type

Devi has the ability for you to customise your ticket types and add more.

  1. From “Tasks” go to “Settings”
  2. Choose “Task Types” from the left menu
  3. Click the “Add” button, enter a name for the new task type
  4. Enter “Assignees”, these are the staff/group/location of employees who can deal with the task. This can be changed at any time
  5. Submit the form

The new task type will now be available for all employees in your account.

When an employee creates a new task with this type the assignees will be notified on their dashboard and alternatively using the Trigger system they can also be emailed the task.
