Changing who the task is sent to

If the ticket is not being sent to the right person you can change this in the Lookups for Task Type.

  1. From “Task” go to “Settings”
  2. In the left menu choose “Task Types”
  3. Find the task type you wish to change the assignee for and click “Edit”
  4. Change the “Assignees”
  5. Submit the form

New tasks will now be sent to the new assignees.

Currently there is no function to batch update all task types to set the assignee. Each individual task type has to be updated.
