Devi billing information

When you upgrade your plan to a paid subscription you will need to enter your credit card information.

  • Immediately after entering your details the system will automatically create an invoice and charge the invoice to your account
  • Every month Devi will automatically create a new invoice and create a bank charge
  • If we fail to bill your account our system will retry every 24 hours. You will be notified by email each time
  • After 5 attempts if the payment cannot be made your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified by email

If you feel you have been billed incorrectly please raise a support ticket from our help home page with your account details and the invoice/receipt reference so we can escalate the issue quickly.
