Editing existing Lookup Fields

Your default Devi account will have Lookup Fields added by default. Sometimes you may want to edit these fields or edit a field you have previously added.

Please be aware some fields cannot be edited or removed as they are system fields and are required for Devi to work.

  1. From the area you wish to edit the lookup, e.g. “Projects” click on the cog icon to show the settings and then choose “Lookup and Fields” from the side menu
  2. Find the lookup group which you want to modify
  3. Find the record you wish to edit and click the “Edit” button
  4. Click the “Save” button

If the name field is grayed out and disabled it is a system field and cannot be edited. If changing the system fields is important to your business please raise a support ticket from the help system home page.
