I can’t get ownership of my Devi account

If the employee who first registered to Devi isn’t available any more and you are not already in the “Owner” permission group please email support@devi.io with the following:

  • Your login email address
  • Phone number
  • A photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with both your email and phone number written down
  • Signed copy of your company letterhead or any other legal documentation relating to your company
  • Signed copy of your identification such as an ID card or passport
  • Devi subscription receipt (if possible)

We will investigate your account and check activity to ensure you are the owner. If we are confident you are the true owner of the account we will carry out the changes of ownership. We may phone you or contact you by email for any other additional details.
