Tasks Requests Overview

Tasks is a flexible basic HR task / employee request system for Devi.

Employees at any time can create a new task from their Devi account and depending on your configuration the task will be sent to the group of people who deal with that task type. For example a holiday request is submitted by an employee and Devi will automatically notify your HR department of this request which can then be approved or declined.

The associated group of people who can action task can approve or turn down the request with an additional comment for the employee.

Default types of tasks types include:

  • Holiday requests
  • Stationary / equipment request
  • File a report
  • General question

It’s possible at any time you can modify and add to the different types of tasks from the Task Settings page under “Task Types”.
